Earl's Rib Palace was founded in 1996 on Western Avenue in Oklahoma City by lifelong friends who grew up in OKC. Their mission has always been to create affordable, authentic BBQ and a welcoming destination for anyone who loves great food. The restaurant starts with quality meat, seasons it lightly with a proprietary dry rub, and slowly smokes it over Oklahoma's finest hickory kindling. The signature Earl's sauces (Hot and Not) are still made fresh daily from the original recipes. Earl's subscribes to the philosophy that great BBQ should cause you to hang around for one more bite, one more joke, and one more story.
